My mother and I visited Niko's in February and found a beautiful wedding gown that I was sure would be my gown. I looked a few other places I found another dress.
Saw the other dress in person, fell in love, decided on gown. Went back to Niko's to offer her the business. She told me that she couldn't order the dress and the company would rather lose thousands of dollars that deal with that designer and that the company does just fine now and doesn't need the money that they would make by dealing with that designer. I took this for they don't need my money since that designer is who I wanted. My sister tried on a bridesmaid gown and before she could get her clothes back on they were turning the lights out and closing up shop!!! Rude, snobby, short, inconsiderate, and UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
Pros: good selection
Cons: staff unprofessional, prices too high
