The service was nice but that is where it ends. I got a standard 40 gallon water heater and paid over $2000.00. I found out later that it should have cost $800.00. NEVER AGAIN. RUN more

HELP 4/25/2011

On 4/24/2011 (Easter!!) I needed plumbing help and they arranged for a visit first thing Monday morning. I tried to do it myself but it didn't work. They did a fast and clean job on fixing the problem. Thanks so much......Al Oswald Arlington Hts more

Fast Service 4/23/2011

I called Bishop on Friday after my husband noticed that there was some water in the utility room in the basement. I called Bishop on Friday afternoon, and they were here at 8:00 Saturday Morning! Bryan came down stairs, and recognized my problem quickly! He was able to unclog my sump pump and was able to get in working properly without have to replace it. He was very quick and efficiant. This is the second time we have used them and have not been disappointed. They are a little pricey, but worth it. They know what they are doing and do it correctly. more

Bryan came down stairs, and recognized my problem quickly! He was able to unclog my sump pump and was able to get in working properly without have to replace it. He was very quick and efficiant. This is the second time we have used them and have not been disappointed. They are a little pricey, but worth it. They know what they are doing and do it correctly. more

Bishop Plumbing replaced my water heater and my toilet on two separate dates. Both technicians were friendly, efficient and skilled. Our water heater was replaced about 6 months ago. It works well and is perfect for our family of five. Our gas bill actually went down after the installation. My toilet was installed today and the technician even checked my water heater free of charge. We are very satisfied that he was able to replace the toilet before our relatives arrived from out of town for Easter. more

Thorough Clean Up Job 4/21/2011

On Sunday, April 17th, our kitchen sink became clogged and then started to back up. We called Bishop Plumbing and requested a Monday morning service call.\r Bishop called at approximately 7:15am to schedule a service call for later that morning. They subsequently called around 10am to advise us of estimated arrival time of 10:30-10:45am.\r The Bishop plumber, Cormac Connolly, arrived at 10:30am and tested other drains in the house. After the testing, he indicated that the kitchen drain needed to be rodded and the cost to perform the rodding. We signed the Bishop paperwork and he proceeded to perform the rodding work which was successful.\r The clean up was very thorough.\r Will call them again. more

I had an emergency just before Easter and the plumber, Cormack, came out within 90 minutes to fix it. The kitchen sink plugged with eggshells - oops --and he unclogged the drain and now everything is working. He was professional, thorough and efficient. I would recommend him to all my neighbors. more
