Great Service from Binsky 12/8/2017

I`ve been a customer of Binsky for a little more than a year so far and I`ve got my A/c unit completely replaced and recently got a centralized humidifier installed. So far, their services have been satisfactory and their repairs/workmanship has been really good. I`ve got most of the work done by Dennis and he is quite informative and knowledgeable about this work. I would definitely recommend Binsky for their A/c and Heater related services. Good Job!!! more

HVAC Replacement 12/1/2017

I contracted Binsky home to check out my furnace problem. Rob came in an diagnosed the problem for us, the heat exchanger was cracked. the system being too old, we had to go ahead and replace it. Chris W came in and gave us a good deal on both furnace and ac. Chris was extremely knowledgeable in addressing my concerns, walking me through the different options and also discounts. Rob L was assigned to complete the job. he came in with helper, Rob C and they were great. They were very professional and courteous. The job was estimated to be completed in 2 days and it was actually completed before time. kept me updated throughout the day on how the work was going. The quality of work was excellent and well planned. All the components installed were done in a very clean way and detail focused. Once the work was completed Rob L took the time to show me what was done and explained how everything worked. also took the time to explain the new thermostat. I am very satisfied with the overall work. A job very well done from start to finish. more

Binsky Service Call 11/27/2017

I noticed a problem on Sunday evening with one of my furnace humidifers. I called first thing Monday morning and a serviceman was at my door at 10:30. Luis was very professional and diagnosed the problem right away. Repair options were clearly explained and pricing quoted. The job was completed that afternoon. The workplace was left very clean and the work was explained to me. It is evident Luis cares about his work and his customers! more

Excellent Service 11/11/2017

Kenny C came out to our home for an unexpected water leak. He was quick and efficient. We were not expecting anyone to come out since it was already after hours on a Friday, but he was willing and very accommodating. He was very professional and courteous. HVAC Service 9/27/2017

Binsky's has great deals, both through ads and returning customer notices. My service tech - Dennis - was a funny guy with a quirky personality. He was quite knowledgeable and welcomed my questions and my presence as he explained the state of my furnace to me. He described the issues using understandable terminology. He responded well to my pets, and smiled throughout the visit. I had another service person here for a different issue and the times overlapped. He rolled with it fine. He also displayed sensitivity to my schedule needs and adjusted his arrival time to accommodate me. Good call! more

Furnace Replacement Part 9/25/2017

Dennis S. from Binsky Home recently attended to a tune-up for my home's furnace. I mentioned to him some noises the furnace had been making last winter and he looked around for the cause and found a tear in the lining of one of the parts. This faulty part, if not discovered early, could have caused a flood and loss of heat for my home until it was replaced. I am so glad he was able to troubleshoot the issue, preventing any bigger problems for me. I highly recommend Dennis S. and Binksy Home for HVAC and plumbing needs. more

Heater Maintnenance 9/17/2017

I recently scheduled general maintenance service for my home's heater. Dennis S. was my service representive from Binsky Home. Dennis was able to locate a tear on the inside of one of the parts to the heater. He is now able to replace this part ahead of winter and before the weather turns cooler, and also before the part completely broke down. It gives me such peace of mind working with a professional who knows his job so well. I would highly recommend Dennis S. And Binsky Home. more

New HVAC system 8/19/2017

This is my third review for Binsky Home within a month. I don't want anyone to think I'm just schilling for the company. My first experience was with there home repair section for an issue with my A/C. Knowing that my furnace was almost 40 years old and being very happy with the service I asked the technician to have someone call and schedule a sales visit. The sales visit was a good as one of those could be, all options laid out on the table and I wasn't pressured in anyway to change my mind about the system I chose even thought there were more expensive options. Happy with my second time dealing with Binsky. On the day of installation Rob L. showed up exactly on time with 2 helpers. Inspected the old system. Walked me through everything he was doing as he was doing it. After the install was complete he brought showed me all the work that was done and then instructed me on the use of my new thermostat. The areas that were worked in were left cleaner than the crew found them. Rob and his helpers were very polite and a pleasure to deal with. I feel bad that I'm so late giving my review as I said I would do it that night. If you have any HVAC or plumbing needs don't hesitate to call Binsky Home. more

More than a sales call 8/8/2017

Chris came out to my house to discuss my options for a new HVAC system. He was thorough in giving my home a once over. He gave me all the options available to me and discussed the pros and cons of every price point. Chris wasn't at all pushy and ultimately, after educating me on the whole process, left the decision completely up to me. I would recommend Binsky home for any of your HVAC or plumbing needs. more

Dennis was top notch all the way. Arrived at my address right on time. Diagnosed the problem with my air conditioner right away and had the repairs done quickly.
