I called around at 1:00 on a Friday afternoon. I was told I could have a technician at my house between 2 and 5 . I was very happy to hear this since I called late on a Friday. I got a return call at 2:15 to find out if I was home, the technician arrived in no time. I was so pleased with all the details of my service. My technician (Ken) was professional, had excellent social skills, technical/plumbing skills, was thorough explaining everything to me, and when I asked even more questions he was not in a rush to answer. He left with everything in great working condition and cleaned up the little mess afterwards. He put covers over his shoes each and every time he walked in and out of my house. He had a uniform with his name on it!!! He took the time to explain what I needed to have done and gave me a choice of four estimates and let me choose what I wanted to have done. It turns out I needed better shut off valves and improved pipes (I live in an old house where the homeowner did most of the work, and it showed). I got the job done right and it will last me longer because Ken did not cut corners. I will recommend this business to anyone who wants a healthy and comfortable home. Thanks Ken!!
