Chris W came to my home for an estimate to replace my aging central AC system. He did an EXCELLENT job overall in explaining what I needed to make my home more comfortable, thoroughly explained the features of the various equipment options, and answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Whenever I called or emailed Chris, he responded immediately and followed up to see if I needed more information or had any other questions. I highly recommend Chris based on my experience. His professionalism is outstanding and his knowledge of the central AC field is top notch. You will be in good hands when Chris comes to your home for any service you're looking for. more

Installation of new electric water heater 4/14/2018

Rob arrived on time to quote the job, very professional and reviewed all aspects of the job. After agreeing to the reasonable and fair quotation he returned in the afternoon and installed the unit.. Very efficient, neat and professional installation. He and an assistant used great care to remove the old unit and move the new unit into our basement with limited access. After installation he reviewed the warranty, units settings, etc.. Highly recommend Rob and Binsky Home, I will use them in the future for other projects. more

Top Notch Service 4/11/2018

Dennis recently performed Spring maintenance on our furnaces, hot water system and humidifier. Dennis is very knowledgeable, professional, courteous, and respectful of our home. I trust his recommendations regarding the care and maintenance of our units. Highly recommend using them. more

Excellent Service 4/9/2018

We were desperately in need of a place miner and Binsky Home Services responded quickly and provided us with excellent service. Ken C was the technician who came to our home and identified the problem very quickly and came up with a plan to rectify the leak. He explained everything to my wife and I and was able to complete the job very quickly. He was so courteous and made sure he cleaned up everything. I will certainly use this company again if I need and plumbers. This turned out to be a very pleasant experience. Thank you again for caring so much . more

All of the Binsky service people were knowledgeable, professional, courteous, explained what they were doing and offered a number of options following their assessment of the issue. I find that everyone at Binsky is very responsive to my needs. For example, when my furnace stopped working on a Sunday, I called the manager Ken and he had someone come out that morning. I believe this is a company where the “customer comes first”. I highly recommend Binsky to all my friends. more

Emergency Home Service 3/13/2018

I called Binsky early this morning while it was snowing and there was a threat of another Nor"easter storm. I had no heat. PSEG would not come until tomorrow late in the day. I received a prompt call back from a very pleasant customer service person who promised service from 10-2PM that same day. Rob L. the Binsky Tech arrive promptly at 10AM. He quickly diagnosed the problem and thoroughly explained my options for repair. Within 1.5 hours the furnace was repaired. I appreciate the prompt and professional service. I was happy to sign a partnership agreement with Binsky for them to service my HVAC home systems in the future. more

Nicholas went over the details of the work to be done to replace my hot water heater prior to starting the work. He also asked pertinent questions to be sure that any other problem besides the leaking water heater would be fixed if needed. Explained to me why things would be done. The work was done quickly with the smallest disturbance and mess. The work area was perfectly clean when he was done. The installation was professionally done and done correctly. more

Tankless Water Heater 1/24/2018

Ken was out and installed a tankless water heater. The installation was very professional and neat. My experience from my initial call to Binsky, speaking with Kurt and then the final installation was 5 STARS. I would definitely recommend Binsky Home for any plumbing, heating and air conditioning work. more

Great customer service 1/5/2018

Luis C was very helpful in explaining the issues I was having with my furnace. I was without heat on a very cold night. Luis went back to his shop and brought back a couple space heaters to help. Thank you! more

plumbing repair 12/21/2017

I have slow drainage issue on my bathroom sink, had scheduled with Binsky home to check. Randy A is very knowledgeable and friendly, he provides two proposals to resolve the issue and fixed the problem with 30 minutes. I will definitely reach out to Binsky home for my HVAC replacement early spring next year. more

Water Heater Install 12/11/2017

Nick has been to our home many times for different repairs/maintenance. The most recent time was to install a new hot water heater. He and Luis did a great job. They were very thorough and explained the new system easily. They were very neat and courteous. Overall a great job, as usual. more
