I would like to commend Dennis Simpson for his professional demeanor and expertise in servicing my Lennox central aircon which was earlier mis-diagnosed by PSEG worry free technic...

A blizzard didn't stop him 1/23/2016

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Matt Corby! I got an email alert today in regards to my heating system . I went into panic because I had no heat and there was a blizzard outtside I I sent Matt a text and within seconds he called me back. He advised me what I needed to do , and that solved the problem . Matt is an asset to Binsky ! He should get a raise! more

Great Service! 1/6/2016

Mark and the associate were on time, very professional and got the job done of installing a 75 gal water heater. Mark also took time to go over the installation and the connections for the heater for any future trouble shooting and also, helped figure out a mystery of the baseboard heater in my house which I thought was connected to the water heater. Thank you Mark! Will certainly use Binsky Home again. more

Dennis shows up on time, gets the work done and always has a great attitude! I can count on Dennis to keep me up to date on what that was done and/or needs to be done. He is always friendly, concerned about disturbing office workers and seems to really love the work he does. more

Annual Maintenance Service Visit 12/17/2015

Excellent professional, courteous and efficient maintenance visit. I received confirmation of the service call the evening prior to the visit which confirmed the arrival time of the service representative. The tech received on time and performed a though review of the furnaces and other items on my maintenance contract. He was professional and respectful of my home as he checked the various items. He clearly discussed his findings with me and answered all of my questions. I was extremely please with the professionalism of the service representative and highly recommend their services! more

Very fine Service 11/18/2015

While I was very annoyed with the Binsky company because they "messed up" my initial appointment, I was very pleased with Nicholas V. He was not only skilled in resolving the issue for which he had been called, he was patient explaining what the problem was as well as how he would address it. He *also* pointed out future potential "pitfalls" that I might still be facing and what the follow-up options would be. All in all, this was a person that would be a fine choice! to have as a "technician" to address plumbing issues. more
