Hot water heater replacement 8/23/2018

On 8/23/18 Kenny C and Ray replaced my hot water heater. They did an outstanding job and were very professional. They also replaced leaking and outdated shut off valves based on their recommendation and also provided a contact for a carpet restoration service due to some water damage. I'm already noticing improvement in water pressure and getting hot water. Frank more

Binsky Home Service 7/21/2018

I called Binsky Home on Friday at 8:30 a.m. after discovering my hallway floor full of water. With the help Jamillah, she was able to get a plumber to my house in 20 minutes. Nick arrived and searched every possible reason for the leak until he founded it. He was very professional, courteous, and friendly. Although this was an unexpected and untimely expense, I'm very happy with the job that was done. Thanks Nick. more

Very knowledgeable and helpful technician 5/29/2018

Dennis was the third service technician to look at our a/c problem. He quickly diagnosed it and came up with the simplest fix. My wife and I are both engineers and we found Dennis' explanations very concise and complete. We have moved our maintenance contracts for heating and cooling to Binsky. more

AC Replacemnt 5/17/2018

I needed to replace my AC and after a lengthy research process I settled on Binsky Home because of the great reviews I saw online. My Service Pro Nicholas and from outlining my options until the final installation he was a complete professional. He gave me several options with no pressure as which one to choose. After making up my mind, Nicholas followed through on negotiations with his manager in order to get me the best price possible. Right throughout the complete installation process of my new AC system he kept me updated on everything and after the installation was complete he ensured everything was done to my satisfaction. Installation of new electric water heater 4/24/2018

I previously left a review for Rob L. , Repeating - Quoted price and schedule to do the service(same day) was fair and in line. Service was excellent, very neat professional installation, Fully explained installation and operation of water heater when installation was completed.
