This is my third review for Binsky Home within a month. I don't want anyone to think I'm just schilling for the company. My first experience was with there home repair section for an issue with my A/C. Knowing that my furnace was almost 40 years old and being very happy with the service I asked the technician to have someone call and schedule a sales visit. The sales visit was a good as one of those could be, all options laid out on the table and I wasn't pressured in anyway to change my mind about the system I chose even thought there were more expensive options. Happy with my second time dealing with Binsky. On the day of installation Rob L. showed up exactly on time with 2 helpers. Inspected the old system. Walked me through everything he was doing as he was doing it. After the install was complete he brought showed me all the work that was done and then instructed me on the use of my new thermostat. The areas that were worked in were left cleaner than the crew found them. Rob and his helpers were very polite and a pleasure to deal with. I feel bad that I'm so late giving my review as I said I would do it that night. If you have any HVAC or plumbing needs don't hesitate to call Binsky Home.
