I contracted Binsky home to check out my furnace problem. Rob came in an diagnosed the problem for us, the heat exchanger was cracked. the system being too old, we had to go ahead and replace it. Chris W came in and gave us a good deal on both furnace and ac. Chris was extremely knowledgeable in addressing my concerns, walking me through the different options and also discounts.
Rob L was assigned to complete the job. he came in with helper, Rob C and they were great. They were very professional and courteous. The job was estimated to be completed in 2 days and it was actually completed before time.
kept me updated throughout the day on how the work was going. The quality of work was excellent and well planned. All the components installed were done in a very clean way and detail focused.
Once the work was completed Rob L took the time to show me what was done and explained how everything worked. also took the time to explain the new thermostat. I am very satisfied with the overall work.
