This is the second time I've used Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and I've had the same plumber out both times, I think his name was Joe. They came right out when I called. It was something I'd tried to fix myself but it was a much bigger job than I'd anticipated. I had already bought the part I needed so it was quick and easy for him. The price seemed good to me. I'm sure that if I shopped around I could have found a lower price, but I needed it done. I would use their service again. The job was done right and I've had no problems.
