Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is a great service. Mike has done work for me on multiple occasions, both at my house as well as my business. He has installed a water line for my refrigerator, installed a new valve for the gas line, checked out the oven, and installed a new garbage disposal. He is very informative and answered all my questions. He takes the time to explain the process of what he's doing and he is very knowledgeable in his field. They are very honest and upfront and let me know what to expect. I do feel that their pricing is a little bit high but not necessarily absurd. I'm very satisfied with the work they do.
