Amaci is the ONLY Choice! 5/19/2006

Amad has been cutting and highlighting my hair since the salon opened on Stuart St. I can honestly say that I have never feel better than when I walk out of that Salon! He is a master with color, and amazing with cuts. I never know what I want when I sit down in his chair, and he always says, ""dont worry, I know exactly what we will do."" It is always something different, and always fresh and trendy. The atmosphere of the salon is relaxing and inviting, I never want to leave! If you are looking for the BEST, you will finally find it off of Newbury Street. Pros: Friendly, knowledgable, Never Looked Better! more

I have been apart of the Amaci Salon family for the past year and I am always amazed by the expertise and percision in styling hair that Amad and his wonderful staff have mastered. From the minute you enter the salon you are pulled into a relaxing and friendly environment. Always making sure you ""the customer"" are taken care of, the entire staff is second to none. Amad's dry& wet-cut methods are top of the line and he creates a balance between masculine and femine hair styling. Newbury st. is great to walk on, but when you want your hair ""styled""--Amaci Salon should be included in your roledex of ""fabulous"". more

FABULOUS COLORIST! 5/16/2006

I have been a client of Amad's for over 4 years. I am thrilled he has his very own successful salon (not on Newbury St.) I would never switch because he always knows the lastest trends in style and color. I never have to tell him what I want to do - I trust that whatever he decides is best. I have very dark hair and he highlights it perfectly. At the same time he is very quick and his sister does a great job threading my eyebrows as well. There's have validated parking also! ! Pros: eyebrow threading, coloring, sell my products more

I randomly found Ryan back in 2004 and I'll never let anyone else touch my hair. I'm always satisfied with my hair, whether it's a cut or highlights. He's amazingly friendly and knows his stuff. He's very reachable and genuinely cares about his clients. Get ready for great hair and a laugh! more

Cool Colour and Cut 5/13/2006

I have had many stylists over the years but I can't rave enough about Amal! She is incredibly talented both as a stylist and colour tech. She evaluates your face, hair and lifestyle and then makes recommendations of what to do. We just did an amazing colour combination of coppery red with blonde highlights, amazing results. I have received a large number of compliments. I don't hesitate in suggesting Amaci Salon to friends and collegues. Mariam is the best when it comes to threading and waxing. The atmosphere is relaxed and funky. Don't wait to try them out. more

Great atmosphere, cool people working there. Mariam is very skilled with facials, waxing etc. She always does a very good job. Amaad, the owner, is probably the best hair stylist in Boston. Great Experience -- Finally found a great stylist 5/10/2006

Amad cut my hair and I was so pleased! A friend referred my boyfriend, and then I went too. Amad was the only person in town who gave my boyfriend an even haircut. Now it looks great! So I decided to try it out. I was very pleased with Amaci. Amad cut my hair. I wasn't sure what kind of cut I wanted, and Amad gave me great ideas. The best part is I love the cut! Amad worked quickly and with attention to detail. Very impressive! He even recommended a styling glaze that actually works -- my hair felt so soft. I walked out feeling gorgeous! I have been seeing Ryan for about 3 years now and no matter what I desire he makes it happen, I bounce back and forth between dark and light, red and gold. It's always perfect! His cuts are equally amazing, even with the bouncing between long and short, he makes the transition as painless and smooth as possible. And he even makes every appointment fun just to be there. Not just a haircut 5/9/2006

I started going to Ryan for my hair a little over a year ago at Hair FX and without a doubt followed him to Amaci because he is a HAIR GOD! I highly recommend him, not only does he do great cut and colors, but he is so funny and going is just a good time. I always look forward to my appointments! Amaci was a great move for him to, it has a great atmosphere and great staff! more
