Ryan is a hair God 8/5/2006

For the past 5 years I have been getting my hair cut by the Best hairdresser I have ever had. I would follow Ryan to the end of the earth because it ensures that I will have the best cut and color ever. Ryan will leave you feeling like you just walked out of a photo shoot because he knows how to work with your assets and make your beauty shine. I have been able to get everyone one of my friends to switch to Ryan as well as my sister who lives in CT. I'm so glad I found Amad. After a bad experience (both color and cut) at another high end salon, I logged onto CitySearch and decided to try Amaci Salon based on their great reviews . Amad immediately saw what needed to be done to correct the problems and he made me feel at ease. My color turned out great and he gave me a fun, short hairstyle just like I wanted. Pros: Amad more

I'm so glad I found Amad. After a bad experience (both color and cut) at another high end salon, I logged onto CitySearch and decided to try Amaci Salon based on their great reviews . Amad immediately saw what needed to be done to correct the problems and he made me feel at ease. My color turned out great and he gave me a fun, short hairstyle just like I wanted. Amaci salon is made up of a great and friendly staff, combined with top shelf products. Anyone looking for a solid salon with a staff that will tell you frankly what look/styles fit you the best must give this place a try. more

Best cut and color ever!! 7/22/2006

I love this place. I've been going to Amad for 5 years and he is always on the cutting edge of what is new in hair and color. His salon is a ton of fun and all of the services are great. I cant imagine going any where else. more

Great ambiance and hair styling 7/19/2006

It was so great to find Amaci -- here you get a great hairstyle in a relaxed and friendly environment where the stylists enjoy their job, each other, and their clients (at least most of them). Amad is fantastic -- he is creative, energetic, meticulous and excellent with color. more

For the first time..someone understood my hair 7/14/2006

My hair is subtly wavy - all other hairdressers in the past have tried unsuccesfully tried to striaghten it...making it look fabulous to start with but unmanageable as it grows out. Its been a few weeks now and I'm still happy with my haircut from Amaci. For the first time someone has understood the nature of my hair and worked with it. Thank you Ryan! more

Ryan is by far the best stylist in Boston, and in the US as far as I am concerned! I have been going to him for almost 6 years and now I fly from Chicago just to get my hair cut and colored by him. He is absolutely fabulous. I get so many compliments and my color lasts so long that the plane ticket pays for itself! He has a great sense of humor and so much talent, it's definitely worth the trip to Amaci. I highly recommend Ryan :) more

Great Salon! 7/6/2006

Amad (the owner) has been styling my hair since 2000, and I fear going anywhere else! I strayed once a few years ago, and quickly realized why i make the trip to Boston every time. I love walking in, sitting down, and saying "do your thing" and he does - every time, no problem. If i want something different, I can tell him what i want (color/style/cut/length/anything) and it is done just right. If I'm indecisive, I'll say "do something new" and it is creatively done...and I am always happy with the results. This is the place to go. I've followed Amad from hair fx on comm ave to leeba salon on comm ave, and now his own place on stuart st. If you want to get a great haircut/style/color without paying out the nose or worrying about the results, this is the place - Amaci Salon.
