Rossmary is wonderful! 11/21/2006

Rossmary has cut my hair for the past 10 years or so. She has helped me through growing my hair, cutting it short again, and doing it all over again. She makes sure I look good every step of the way. I always leave happy with my haircut. She always remembers the different styles and lengths and I only have to say, cut it the same as last time but a bit longer, and she does! Or she suggests changes that are always right on. Rossmary pays attention to details and takes the time necessary to make your haircut just right. I don't feel like I'm just a number and she's rushing to finish and move onto the next client. The price is reasonable and everyone is super friendly and smiling every time I go in. amaci's been a one of a kind experience, where in a very friendly and professional atmosphere i got a state of the art hair color and cut, better than i expected, and its reassuring to know that there still is a talented artist when you need one. i even called my friend who introduced me to the salon and thanked her for sharing her favourite hair artist. thanks amaci, cu soon. Best overall salon 10/10/2006

Since moving to Boston I have gotten my hair cut and colored with Amad at Amaci. The envioronment there is amazing!! Amad is creative and really know what type of cut suits your needs and that accents your facial features. He knows how to pick out highlight color that is subtle yet amazing! I highly reccomend this salon. Also their waxing services are exactly what I was looking for. This salon is for anyone who knows exactly what they are looking for or just want to rev up thier current style! Pros: price, ambiance, knowledge level more

I've lived in the Boston area for 4 and a half years and searched about 3 of those looking for someone who could cut, color, and style my hair well without breaking my wallet, making me look cheap, or ruining my hair because it was the way they wanted to do it. Amad has a great sense of style and color that is complimentary and edgy. For a dry cut and style, the price is perfect. Plus, you get pampered and engaged in conversation; sipping wine and just talking. No pretention, no attitude, no snobby people. Just a great place all the way around. I am glad I kept looking all those years. I know I wont have to look any more. Pros: price, validated parking, atmosphere more

I moved to Boston 2 years ago and needed a new hair stylist. I went to Amaci after a friend's recommendation and was so pleased. Dom is the best. He listens to exactly what you want and also has a lot of ideas for what would work best for you. He's a great hair stylist and knows exactly what he's doing. And he's always fun to be around. What's great about Amaci is that you get a fabulous haircut for a reasonable price; it doesn't cost nearly as much as some of the overpriced salons around the corner. I highly recommend, everybody I know who's gone there has had a really good experience. Pros: convenient location (right off the Arlington stop), friendly people, skilled stylists more

Fabulous style and customer service 9/6/2006

Amad has been my hair stylist for 10 years. I was very excited to follow him to Amaci as I knew he had both the experience and vision for one of the top salons in the city. The atmosphere is warm and stylish without being intimidating. Amad has a great eye for style and even during some of my less adventurous hair cuts, he always chose something that had the perfect amount of style and looked great on me for months after.
