The technician, Travis, was very polite & knowledgeable. He replaced the rollers on our garage door & gave it a tune up. It works so smoothly now!

the problem was fixed when he contacted the office & fond he had two wires reversed - when reversed the system worked fine

Unfortunately, I have known Derrick for quite a few years. With my kids, the garage always gets too much use and I need service regularly. Derrick is very good. He explains everything and get his work done quickly. Thanks! more

Whatever Alamo Door said would happen, happened. If there certain time they said they would be there, they were there, and I didn't have to wait one or two days. They replaced the electric board, garage door, and wall switch for me after we had a power surge. I would use them again, and I recommend them. more

Alamo Door & Awning is friendly, easy to work with and very professional. 4/14/2011

I found Alamo Door & Awning through the Chamber of Commerce. The woman I spoke to was really polite and easy to set up an appointment with. The appointment was set for a couple of days later, which was great for me. The sales rep was also very friendly and easy to work with. The guys who came out to do the install were punctual and professional. So far, and it's only been a day, everything is working great. more

My experience with Alamo Door has been great. They were able to get me in their schedule the same day that I called. I was also surprised they called before coming and showed up when they said they were going to. My garage door much more quite than it was before they came. Thanks for the great service. more

Alamo Garage Door & Awning is the place to go, I couldn't find any fault in the work they did for me. 3/1/2011

This was my first time using Alamo Garage Door & Awning and I was very pleased with the results. They were very responsive to me when I went in and spoke to the people there. They were helpful and answered all of my questions. They were able to schedule to do the install a couple of days later. I was very happy with what I saw and heard there. The worker that arrived to do the installation, was very knowledgeable and skilled. The job he did was perfect. It's really a fine piece of machinery he installed. I feel like this company went out of their way to help me out, and I really appreciate it. I highly recommend their services, I think they're great. Fred Force more

Good, quick service. 2/2/2011

We have used Alamo Garage Door & Awning before, and they have always done good service, so we called them back a second time. We were well pleased with the gentleman who came out and the job that was done. They repaired the board in the main unit. They are a good company with good, quick service. As good as it gets. 1/4/2011

I first used Alamo Garage Door about 2 or 3 years ago. I had new garage doors installed and they provided the same good service then. They came out when they were supposed to, they worked hard, and they cleaned up after themselves. I had a few problems this last visit, but that was my fault not theirs. I called them and scheduled an appointment for the next afternoon, and James himself came out. I think all of his normal service crew was on vacation, so he came out and fixed everything for me. They just do business the way it is supposed to be done. more

Honest and Professional Superior Service 12/20/2010

I can't say enough good things about our experience with Alamo Garage Door. They were professional, efficient, and most of all honest and upfront. James was neat, courteous and very knowledgeable in his profession. The experience was just one of those that you just have to tell others about. We felt like the winners that day! Alamo Garage Door 7 Awning was very good. They were fast in what they did, and they were on time. It was not our first time using them, but it has been several years since the last time. We can't remember what they did last time; they either replaced the springs or replaced the door. This time they replaced the garage door springs. more

We had a situation where the major spring in our garage door system broke. We called Alamo Garage Door & Awning, and they arranged to get out the next day. The service representative was a little late, but that was not a big deal at all. The technician was friendly and knowledgeable of the issue. He got right to it and fixed the issue quickly. He also showed me how to maintain the garage door. It was a pleasant experience with no problems. This was the third time I've used Alamo Garage Door. They are professional and very good at their business. They are very knowledgeable about how to fix and maintain garage doors. They are also great at explaining how to maintain the garage door on my own. more

Great 8/23/2010

I decided to use Alamo Garage Door & Awning after getting a coupon off their Web site. They replaced a spring in my garage door. Everything turned out great, no problems at all. Honestly, I thought it was probably going to be really expensive and more time consuming than it was. The price for value was good, and James, the person who did the work, was probably done in 30 minutes. I'd tell a potential customer, basically, if you don't call them, you're crazy. They take good care of you, and they're quick and efficient. I would recommend them. more
