The technician, Travis, was very polite & knowledgeable. He replaced the rollers on our garage door & gave it a tune up. It works so smoothly now!

Worst

the problem was fixed when he contacted the office & fond he had two wires reversed - when reversed the system worked fine

Our spring broke on our garage door, so we had them out. They had to come on a Saturday, and I was glad they could come. They had to go get the parts but after that they did the job quickly. I had used them before also with good experiences. more

I needed some garage door maintenance. They came and did an inspection, and recommended what needed to be done. They gave me a couple options, and when I chose which I wanted they performed the maintenance for me. more

Received same-day service. Repairman arrived ahead of estimated arrival time. Estimate was given prior to start of job. Upon completion, price actually reduced slightly due to the fact that one particular part did not have to be replaced. An internet $30 coupon was accepted with no hassle. more

I have been fleeced before by overhead door repair people and when researching who to hire for needed repair, I thankfully found the great reviews for Alamo Door & Awning. Now it is my turn to write a glowing review. They were honest, well priced, on time, and made a good repair to my door without trying to tell me that I needed completely un-needed parts. the big spring on our single garage door broke. I found Alamo on Angies list. they came out and fixed the spring and also reinforced the door ( for free!) total cost was $183.45 which included a maintenance kit. I also got a discount through Angie's List more

Cooperative & timely 4/3/2013

Alamo Door and Awning worked on our garage in a couple different facets. They are so cooperative and the people who come out come on time. It is a very satisfactory arrangement. We bought a new unit they installed most recently and they repaired our garage door a few times before we used them to put in a new one. Great service. more

Outstanding Service 3/14/2013

I have multiple rental properties and have had several garage repair companies provide services from minor maintenance to full door replacement. My recent experience with Alamo was nothing short of excellent. From the office phone representative to the field technician they were professional, knowledgeable,timely and Alamo pricing is super. It is hard to find great service at a fair price but Alamo offers just that. They are certainly at the top of my list. more

All very pleasant 2/22/2013

Alamo Door & Awning has helped me on two occasions. On one occasion, they installed a keypad opener for the garage door, inside the house. More recently, they came out to repair the garage door motor; it was so old we just had to install a new one. I've been pleased overall. They have very nice people working for them. more
