Balance new AC system 6/14/2016

Nick O was great. He listened to all of my input, did a thorough walk through, and then balanced the AC system. Then did another walk through and balanced again. He did this several times until we were happy with the results. He understood what I wanted to achieve and made it happen. He really seemed to care that the job was done correctly and that I was happy. I followed him around so I could understand the balancing procedure and he explained everything in great detail. He even gave tips for other minor issues I was having. Nick O is a great technician and an asset to the ARS team. more

A/C Service and replace evap coil 6/13/2016

Kesh came and did a cooling check on my A/C. I knew it had a leak previously, and we had added a pound of refrigerant. Kesh told me my options, and did the work fast and professionally. I would use him again. more

He was very professional, did a great job in explaining his findings to me, and made me feel confident in his work. I know that some service technicians try to "upsell" additional products or work, but I felt that Roberto was giving me good, honest and reliable information based on his years of professional experience. more

Excellent job. 5/20/2016

Great job. Christine was pleasant and very helpful, taking info and scheduling Certified plumber and advising accurately when he would arrive. Quick inspection and advice given. Work done promptly, 2 commodes installed. Appears to be good job, and mess controlled and cleaned up. We very pleased. If I have a complaint, I wish we had had more choice in type/sizes of commodes. Our choice was 3 levels of the same manufacturer. All same size lid/seats. more
