Lack of Communication between Call Center and Regional office 1/9/2018

Called in at 6:30 am and was told that technician would be here between 8 and 12. Follow up call to local office revealed no record of call. Problem was not resolved until talked to supervisor. more

Good experience with ARS's Technician William Taylor 10/11/2017

My downstairs HVAC unit was not working well. I called ARS and their technician, William Taylor made the service call. Mr. Taylor was on time, professional, friendly, and very experienced. His diagnosis was very thorough as he walked me through, with pictures and videos, all of his findings. I would highly recommend him if you need HVAC service work more

Icemaker Line 10/9/2017

Travis did a great job with the icemaker line. Top notch. Office contact was unsympathetic on Saturday. We talked to somebody on Sunday and they could not help me out either. This morning we gotta call at 8:30 and finally got it resolved. Overall good service. more

My only complaint is that I thought the price was too high for the amount of work that was involved and the time it took to complete. No complaints on the prompt service. The technician was good and got the job completed. more

Annual Heat Pump Maintenance 9/14/2017

Adam was very professional and through in his review of the HVAC system. Took time to answer all the questions I had and to explain everything that he saw. Recommended the Air Scrubber Plus to improve the air inside the home which I bought and look forward to less allergy related issues, I hope it works as good as he described. I would recommend him to others. more

Roberto inspected our heat pump and air handler. He readily answered questions I had about the equipment. His work was thorough. The air handler is in the crawl space which is encapsulated. He was careful not to damage the plastic lining and to keep it as clean as possible. He explained the results of his inspection clearly and explained options to repair or replace two issues that he had found. He also showed me exactly what he had seen, so that I could make an informed decision. more

HVAC Trouble Shooting Repair 7/20/2017

Roberto, the HVAC Technician, was great. Our AC went out when it was 100 degrees, and not only did he fix the problem, he troubleshot and provided recommendations for another problem we were having with airflow with our system. He was professional, courteous and very willing adn able to answer and any all questions. In short, he was fantastic. more

Waste and Overflow Install 7/14/2017

I felt like I was dealing with an office that was disconnected from the service plumber. When a scheduling error was made I felt like I was made to feel like it was my fault. And I know it was not. No one ever apologized for the inconvience and to be honest I was going to call someone else. more
