I received excellent service from HVAC technician, Anthony Jackson, His friendly demeanor, thoroughness, attention to detail and ability to answer all the questions I presented to him made me glad I chose ARS Raleigh to service my HVAC. From giving me helpful reminders of things to be mindful of when the seasons change to showing me products that help improve the air quality of my HVAC system, I was overwhelmingly pleased with the service I received from Anthony on behalf of ARS. more

Recent Service 1/31/2017

Travis recently came out to help us diagnose and fix a plugged drain. Long story short he was fantastic. The problem ended up to be a tree root that had grown into a pipe. He explained everything he was doing along the way, liaised with the town of Cary, and resolved the issue. Couldn't be happier with the service we received. more

Fall Sevice 1/8/2017

James C came out to service my system. He was running 3 hours behind but when he got here he was very courteous. This was the second time that he made a visit to my house and was very friendly. I had asked him for a business card so that I could request him again. James was very detailed when explaining what he did and also what he had found and did not try to pressure me into any repairs not needed more

I'm happy Toron R. was assigned to take care of our semi-annual HVAC check. He was prompt, professional, personable, efficient, explained everything he had done and offered recommended suggestions to improve our energy efficiency. Great Experience 11/1/2016

Benny did bi-annual inspection and maintenance on my two systems. Benny was very thorough and he found a minor problem which he was able to handle with a part off of his van. Benny was very professional and he explained everything to my satisfaction. I hope that he will be assigned to my account when the next visit rolls around. more
