Toron - HVAC Tech 8/26/2016

Toron was here today to perform system checks on the two air conditioning systems at our house. He was professional, well-spoken and knowledgable. He explained what he was going to do with the two system checks and worked steadily for the two hours he was in our house. We think he represents ARS very well and we will make a point to ask that he be assigned to our account in the future. more

System check for Heat Pumps (Service Contact) 8/14/2016

Adam did a very thorough job of examining our heat pump systems inside and outside. He cleaned the outside units very well. My only complaint is that I described being unhappy with our downstairs thermostat and he didn't seem to know what to do about it and didn't attempt to adjust it in any way. more

ARS tech explained the equipment we have installed 8/10/2016

In the past two years we have had installed an Air Scrubber and an Aprilaire Media Air filter. These have helped to improve air quality in our home, but periodically the UV light needs to be replaced in the Air Scrubber and the filter replaced in the Aprilaire Media filter. I hadn't done a good job of keeping track of what had been replaced and when. The ARS tech was very helpful (and patient) and between the two of us we straightened out my records. That was the extra mile in service! Thank you Lahoucine! more

Toilet Repair - 6/28/16 6/28/2016

Our toilet was making a ghost like noise after flushing. David listened for the noise in question and replaced the fill valve, which was defective. No more ghost noises! He did an excellent job! more
