James C came out to service my system. He was running 3 hours behind but when he got here he was very courteous. This was the second time that he made a visit to my house and was very friendly. I had asked him for a business card so that I could request him again. James was very detailed when explaining what he did and also what he had found and did not try to pressure me into any repairs not needed
