My downstairs HVAC unit was not working well. I called ARS and their technician, William Taylor made the service call. Mr. Taylor was on time, professional, friendly, and very experienced. His diagnosis was very thorough as he walked me through, with pictures and videos, all of his findings. I would highly recommend him if you need HVAC service work
