While home on leave this week from the Army, at Oakland Mall in Troy I met with a gentleman named Bob representing Hansons Windows. I received\r some information that I wanted to pass on to my father James, of Warren,\r MI 53 yrs. This employee was very exceptional. I wanted to pass this on.\r \r This past month my father took in my wife as well as my daughter to live as my wife just separated from the Army herself. My father's devotion to everyone around him never seems to stop. I hope that I, over the next couple months, can save money and do this for him. \r \r It's because of the knowledge and professionalism of the Hansons Windows employee at Oakland Mall as well as the reviews I have read that I wanted you to know that although I am not currently a Hansons Windows customer, I look forward to my next experience with you---both for my father as well as my family further down the road. more

I would like to take this time to say thank you to the team at Hansons Windows. From Erwin who came to my door, to Randy, who helped me choose my roofing, to Rod who is overseeing and walking me through the process, to Matt who welcomed me to the Hansons Windows family. Thank you all for making me feel special. I am a single mom with two boys, and I have been on disability with multiple sclerosis. I not only have to balance myself I have to make everything be able to function around me. A roof is something I knew I needed for my home. I went in to cancel my original order, as I knew I should check out my other options. Matt & Rod sat down with me, and asked questions and listened. I just wanted to say how impressed I was with Hansons Windows customer service recently.\r \r We had a very large window installed about 5 years ago by Hansons Windows. The window's seal was broken. I called their company and within 4 weeks they replaced it! I'm telling everyone I know how great Hansons Windows' customer service is!! I truly appreciate it. Wow! We never expected to have a great time ordering siding, but Fred Hayden of Hansons Windows really made it happen! What a great guy! We are so impressed by everything he had to say about the Hansons family. \r \r It's hard to find a company dedicated to family values in today's world, so thanks! We really need our siding up by November 14 to avoid a huge hassle with our insurance and mortgage companies. While we realize Fred couldn't promise it, we believe he (and the company) is doing everything possible to make it happen, and we can't ask for more than that. We're looking forward to our new siding (and a window that snuck in there ;)), and we're looking forward to doing more business with Hansons Windows in the future. Without the time crunch! Terry, my project manager checks in every day to see if I need anything and to answer any questions. She told me she would call and check in; I had no idea she would do so every day! \r That was wonderful! \r \r Dean and his team were, by far, the best contractors I have worked with in all my years of home ownership. Those guys are professional, friendly, courteous, prompt and so very skilled at what they do. I have a whole new house that I just love! Every person I have dealt with at Hansons Windows has done MORE than they promised. I have gotten MORE service and way more happiness with this project than I ever expected.
