I would like to take this time to say thank you to the team at Hansons Windows.
From Erwin who came to my door, to Randy, who helped me choose my roofing, to
Rod who is overseeing and walking me through the process, to Matt who
welcomed me to the Hansons Windows family. Thank you all for making me feel
special.
I am a single mom with two boys, and I have been on disability
with multiple sclerosis. I not only have to balance myself I have to
make everything be able to function around me. A roof is something I
knew I needed for my home. I went in to cancel my original order, as I
knew I should check out my other options. Matt & Rod sat down with me,
and asked questions and listened. They wanted to know why I was making
the choice to cancel. Afterwards I felt confident about moving forward
and getting a roof now with Hansons Windows. Brian Elias, you have a great team.
