We just wanted to share our very positive experience with Hansons Windows. We recently had replacement windows installed by Hansons in our home in Detroit. Everyone at Hansons communicated with us from beginning to end. Their work was done very cleanly and they were very safe with their materials and equipment. We were satisfied with everything. We especially want to recognize Joe Gladki, our installer. We need gutters and we would recommend Hansons Windows to our friends. more

On August 12, 2011 my wife and I contracted with Hansons Windows to install a new roof on both my house and garage.\r \r We were very inpressed with the installation crew that did the work.\r They were there on time, were very polite and had a system of stripping and installing the new roofs that showed a lot of professional pride in what they do.\r \r We had a chance to see two of your crews at work. Both my neighbor and myself had roofs installed by Hansons Windows. The first crew (my neighbor's) took 3 days to install. The crew that did my roof took 12 hrs. \r \r If you have a training program on installation, the crew that installed our roof needs to be the one that teaches the others. They were that good.\r \r Thank you for a great experience, Hansons Windows!! more

I had windows installed last year by Gandy Windows, which is now out of business, so I lost my guarantee. This year I am in the market for a new roof, gutters and a new back door. Yesterday (Monday 8/1/11) I called One Stop Home Improvement THREE times and left three messages before anyone got back to me. By that time, it was too late. My neighbor had Hansons windows installed and I noticed the high quality of work. So I walked across the street and asked my neighbor for a contact person at Hansons. He gave me the name of Justin Hickey. I called Justin and explained my needs. He was very friendly and not pushy at all. He asked me if I wanted a morning or an afternoon appointment. I told him I’d prefer an early appointment. He agreed to be at my house at 9:00 a.m. the next day. I am retired military and being on time is very important to me. Justin arrived at three minutes before 9:00. He was very professional and took his time to answer my questions. I found that talking to him was like talking to a friend! Justin didn’t try to sell me something that I didn’t need. I appreciated that a lot. He was very knowledgeable. Justin gave me Brian Elias’s business card, who is the president of Hansons. The card had Brian’s cell phone and office number on it. Justin told me that I could actually talk to Brian! I said, ‘Get out of here!’ Who gets to talk to the president of the company? I’m retired military but I don’t get a chance to talk to generals! Good job, Hansons! THAT’S how a company should be run! more

First, let me say how happy we are with our new windows from 1-800 Hansons. Two windows in a room where there were none (only a door wall previously) makes an incredible difference. It opened up the whole room, and now provides us with a great view of our back yard. Secondly, let me tell you how happy we were with ALL the people that we dealt with at Hansons. From my first (of several) telephone conversations with Jennifer, to our meeting with your Sales Representative, Bill, who was very congenial & professional, and finally to the actual installation, done efficiently, skillfully, and with as little disruption to our home as possible, by Jack & Al , this was a very, very pleasant experience with 1-800 Hansons windows! more

We had the fortunate experience of having Hansons add siding, gutters and doors to our home recently and we are very satisfied with the work that was done. Our meeting with the sales representative went smoothly as he was very knowledgeable about the product you have and helpful in making decisions on type of siding and colors. He was pleasant and called a number of times to be sure we were satisfied with our purchase. The siding crew from Hansons was the first to come and they worked well together. They were courteous and seemed to enjoy working together. Each evening, the crew made sure the areas they worked on were cleaned up. They did a great job. We received phone calls daily to make us aware of who was coming to do what type of work and to see if we had any questions. The girl who called us was cheerful and very pleasant to talk with. The crews who installed our entry doors into the garage and the gutters and gutter guards did an excellent job. Our neighbors and friends have commented on the difference in the house that the replacement windows and siding and gutters from Hansons have made, stating that it looks richer and so much nicer than previously. We are extremely happy with the results and will certainly recommend Hansons to those interested in making a change to their home! more

We chose to go with Hansons Windows for so many reasons. First of all, the salesman that came over, Larry, was so kind and informative. He did not feel pushy at all, but educated us on the products they offer which we really appreciated. When it was time to install, the crew was polite, worked quickly and were clean. Our new Hansons windows look fantastic, our energy bills are much lower and we even profited from the tax credit. We?ll be calling 1-800-hansons again when it?s time to replace our roof and gutters. more
