I was very impressed with Hansons 2/23/2012

I was very impressed with Hansons Windows' customer service. In January I noticed that one of the upstairs windows was foggy (due to seal failure). I emailed and called their customer service dept. They quickly scheduled a technician to come take measurements and then had the faulty glass panel replaced. Each time, the servicemen arrived on time and were courteous and professional. Actually a better experience than our initial purchase and installation. more

Everything went perfect from beginning to end with our six windows from Hansons. We could not have been happier with the honesty of the sales staff, the quick delivery, the professional installation, and the quality of the windows. Four stars!!! more

Great sales experience!! 2/15/2012

I just wanted to review Hansons Windows re: a wonderful sales experience with David Troyan. He was on time, polite, and didn't appear to be out to only "make a sale", but to satisfy my needs and concerns. \r \r A few days prior, I had an estimate performed from a Wallside representative and it was blatantly obvious he wasn't concerned about my needs as a customer, only a sale. He also did not and refused to give me a written estimate with a price breakout/breakdown. He merely scribbled the type of window and the cost on the back of a piece of paper.\r \r Thank you Mr. Elias for providing an honest and reputable company with fair pricing.\r \r I can't wait to get my 3 new windows installed!!!!! more

We just had Hansons Windows and they were mostly good to work with.\r \r Our installation got rescheduled and that wasn't communicated to us, but our salesperson was very forthright and real. It didn't feel like he was trying to shove things down our throat.\r \r I like that they showed us all our options in different price ranges, so we could choose the best option for us.\r \r To do the job, we looked at Weatherguard, but Hansons' salesperson was great and didn't seem to be trying to scam us. We also appreciated the good prices and quality. more

Because it was a vinyl door the weather warmed up a few days later and it created a problem. it was a quick fix once they came out and rehung it.\r \r When the salesman came out and did the demonstration there were a few things he mentioned. There were a few things he said that didn't apply and that made me listen more carefully to him. He was a great salesmen but I just noticed a few things he said were a little off than what the book stated.\r \r They were able to come out when I was home and get a good estimate. The installation crew was fantastic. They got the job done and were professional. Basically I'm satisfied with how smoothly the entire job went.\r \r I was slightly concerned about the weather. When we originally ordered the door in October it took about five to six weeks for the door to come in. I was concerned about the weather but nothing on the part of Hansons r more
