next guy's roofing you really need to drug test your contracters and did a bad job come go come go sitting around .poor service all the way around

Overall very pleased 2/3/2012

One thing I did not like was that both husband and wife were required by the company to be present in order to sign the paperwork. That is not how we run our home and I would have liked the ability to go on my own without being required to have my husband with me.\r \r But Larry, the salesperson, was phenomenal. He and his son were able to answer all of our questions and they helped us choose which windows we needed to instal. I was very happy working with him. The installer was also great to work with. He was extremely personable and also able to answer any of my questions or concerns.\r \r My biggest concern was the financial aspect of the project. I wanted to know how much it would be and be able to choose a good window. They were able to educate me and answer all of my questions.\r \r We have worked with them before, so we are repeat customers to Hansons Windows. We hope to be doing more windows with them in about a year. more

They corrected their mistakes 2/2/2012

We recently had Hansons Windows install some windows for us. It was not done right the first time, but they have corrected it. One of the windows came in cracked, so they have reordered it. Half screens were ordered when I wanted full screens, and they have reordered those too. We're waiting on them to get those in.\r \r The people that came to our house were great!\r \r I talked to about three other companies, but I chose Hansons because of their warranty. more

I had a problem with the sales rep, but Hansons does a good job. I would only change the way that the sales rep treated me.\r \r Everything was high quality, the crews were very nice and personable and explained things to me. The craftsmanship on the windows and doors is very nice. \r \r I would like to put on record that the project manager was an angel. The salesman broke promises that he made, and Tracy took it upon herself to fix the issue and she took it upon herself and stuck up for me and did the right thing. She deserves a promotion because she is going to get Hansons more work through me. I will tell everyone I know that they can trust Hansons because I can trust Tracy Lawhorn. I owe her so much thanks. She is the whole reason I am satisfied with Hansons. She is number one.\r \r I had leaking windows and they put in a good quality window to solve the problem. more

Our salesperson, Don, was a delight to be around and the gentlemen that worked on the roof were courteous, efficient, and nice. They had their work cut our for them. They needed 2 dumpsters instead of the one. There was 140 years of roof and they needed an extra day to complete the project, which was fine. They did an outstanding job cleaning up too.\r \r My only concern going in was that we wouldn't have the financial means to pay for the job, but Hansons worked out the financing.\r \r We considered other contractors, but we chose Hansons because they had a good salesperson who gave me an estimate. There was an offer they had going for $1000 worth of coupons.\r \r Overall a very good experience. more

Me and my wife recently shifted to our new house and wanted to replace the old existing locks. Since these days everyone wants a secure and peaceful life, I searched online about local locksmith services and found about Run Local Locksmiths. I called them up and fixed an appointment for the next day at my house. These guys arrived on time for their appointment and explained me the entire change and replacement procedure along with their terms and conditions. I and my wife were very happy with the type of work they did. They were quite efficient and reliable. We would highly recommend Run Local Locksmith to our colleagues and other family members. more

Just had some roofing, siding and trim work done by Hansons. Both crews were great. The cleanup was great. The project manager was easy to talk to, and everything was just excellent. The time in which they did it was great. They did excellent work. The front gable we weren't going do, but it looked really bad. The guy said we could get a discount or that they could do the gable for us, and that was really, really cool. We actually considered Gnome contractors because we had some windows done by them. We had 4 or 5 different contractors out here for that project and we chose Hansons for quality, so for this job we knew it would be Hansons and no other. We will be doing more windows as soon as we get the roof paid off. more
