When I called to make the appointment, I told the girl on the phone I wanted a relaxing swedish massage with light pressure. They apparently gave my appointment to a therapist who told me that she only does injury massage, meaning that her work was very deep and very specific. Throughout the massage I told her repeatedly the pressure was too deep, but she didn't adjust her regular routine. It sort of felt like I was being stabbed through the entire hour, and she nicked a lot of bone (spine, shoulderblade, ribs) with her sharp fingertips. Aside from that, they had the air conditioning turned on through the entire hour and it was completely frigid in the room. When the massage was over, I went back into the reception area and the girl sitting at the desk ignored me completely. She didn't ask me how it was, if I wanted water, or assist me with payment. She just read the book in her lap. The entire experience was unprofessional and discourteous. Pros: The rooms were decorated nicely Cons: Unprofessional staff, poor massage, room was freezing
