Businiess name:  Lim Auto Repair

Review content:
Recently I stopped in at Lim Auto Repair, while waiting for my car to be washed at Hutch's Car Wash, which is located right in front of Lim's. I needed to have some regularly scheduled inspections/maintenance done on my car to maintain the warranty. The dealership wanted an arm and a leg to inspect a few things and change the oil. So, I thought I could save a few books by going elsewhere. When I went into the shop, it was very dirty and disorganized. There were random parts, and old, dirty knick knacks strewn about on some shelves and such. The woman up front was nice, but couldn't help me, so she got a man from inside the shop (maybe Lim himself?). When the guy came out he asked me to wait while he answered the phone. After talking to someone for a couple of minutes, he hung up and started making comments about how "stupid" the caller was. When he finally offered me help, I showed him my owner's manual, and the services I needed done. He tried to tell me I didn't need to do them at all, and that it was just the dealership trying to scare me out of my money. I tried to explain to him that I did need to do the services in order to maintain warranty coverage, but he kept telling me I was wrong. I left shortly thereafter. I refuse to go back again. I didn't appreciate the way he treated that person on the phone after they hung up. And I can't trust someone who will give me advice that could void my manufacturer's warranty on my vehicle.
