if you go to trolley court you will meet lydia ''the horrible'' known for pushing tenants,fabricating new charges to your account, and keeping deposits. She is known for yelling at her staff and the tenants alike and the company who owns this hotel is willing to do absolutely nothing about it...there are drunks crackheads, bed bugs prostitutes and paranoid schizophrenics mumbling to themselves at all hours of the night but the worst thing of all these is''lydia the horrible whom is having sex with one of the schizophrenic tenants studdering andy in 128.....beware
