Really, I think this place gets a bad rap. If you choose your stylist wisely you can end up with a nice cut for a reasonable price. My sister and I get our hair done with Alma and are always pleased. My friend got highlights with her and they turned out great.?

Elaine is a stellar, creative seamstress. The Mother of the Bride gown she designed and made for me was the dress of my dreams! Elaine generously took time to understand my taste and ideas and was able to adapt them to the lines and details that best suited my body. She has a wealth of experience and knowledge to draw from and was therefore able to design a gorgeous, unique and elegant dress with ideal fit. Elaine is a master of alterations as well. I have 100% confidence in both her work and advice. It is a pleasure to be with her.

i have read some reviews on seifers luggage's info and am very disappointed, I have been a customer of seifer's luggage for over 15 yrs.and have had great service some I have paid and some Mr. Seifer's has done for free.I to have had luggage that was under warranty or had to have parts ordered and was told that nothing was ever sent or ordered but come to find out it to be untrue as a one time self-employed person we all know how big companies always blame the small co.for things that have not been done, but this store owner has been great with me and my friends even when he is compelled to having a smile knowing his wife is ill and solely trying to get things done against the cooperation with companies that just don't care as much as this person.I know you may look at he not being there as his hrs. state but maybe consider that the luggage companies are not always being there when he sends your repairs to them.

This is the best destination for those who enjoy vintage clothing or are looking for authentic period rentals. This sweet shop has a huge selection of clothing and accessories from the Victorian to the 1980s periods. While I enjoy purchasing my one-of-a-kind gorgeous items - I specifically collect 1940s and 1950s dresses and suits - they also have a fabulous rental selection and they have a great selection of wigs to complete the look. The staff is helpful and knowledgeable and the whole atmosphere is a fun shopping experience. I stop by on a regular basis because they are always expanding their stock. If you like vintage - or have a friend that does - send them to this store and they will thank you. It is really the best kept secret in Palo Alto.

Robert Krohn Shoes is the place to go if you have picky feet. They specialize in shoes that are comfortable and can be worn by people with foot issues like Plantar Fasciitis. They carry Finn Comfort sandals which I love and have worn for a few years now. I just got a pair of Beautifeel sandals that are the cushiest shoes I have ever tried on. They also have athletic shoes, Birkenstocks and dress shoes for men and women. The prices are on the higher side but consistent for the brands of shoes they carry. (Ain't no Payless which is a good thing.)
I've always received good service and found them to be very helpful. They do have plenty of parking but the spaces are very tight in their small side lot close to the door. Park on the street or in the back lot.

I've been to plenty of Nordstroms all over the US and I have to say this is one of the best out there. The service is impeccable in all departments- I never have to spend more than 2 or 3 minutes browsing before someone asks to help me, no matter how busy it is. Even if they don't have my size or color in stock, they always ask to get it from another store. Definitely recommended for a great shopping experience!

Good: This is truly family owned and run. I get treated like a princess every time I am in their store. They actually remember what kinds of shoes I like and will show me whats new that is my style, and I love their socks best selection any where.. Improvements: They are open 7 days a week, but I would like to see them open a few days a week till at least 8:00 pm.
