Jim is a the second plumber we called when our basement flooded. Not only did he charge us half of what the other guys wanted to but he is quick to arrive, having only taken 15 minutes to get to our house after we spoke to him on the phone. He's also quick to complete the job, friendly and didn't try to change the price after he got to our home.
