Heidelberg makes wonderful cakes! You can sample them by the slice, but be warned... once you do, you'll never want a grocery store cake again for a special occasion.
We particularly love the fresh ingredients used. Real cream, fresh fruit, rich chocolate, wonderful nuts, brandy, rum, or whatever your recipie calls for... it isn't fake.
Try the Black Forrest Cake, or the Obs Torte (spelling, I know... it's a fruit topped cake with custard layers, whipped cream, and toasted almonds on the outside. You'll swear you've died and gone to heaven :-)
