Businiess name:  The Pennsylvania Bakery

Review content:
I searched and hunted for a wedding cake months in advance. I even paid them the $400 in full 6 MONTHS in advance. The week before my wedding they finally disclosed to me that they DO NOT set up the cake. The day of my wedding came and each of the three layers of my wedding cake were mangled. The top and bottom layers were smashed against the side and top of their boxes, and the middle layer was cracked beyond belief. My caterer managed to scrape the icing from the box, wet it, and spread it with a heated knife (thank goodness I hadn't chosen an ornate design or colors), and my florist covered any other damage with flowers. I tried to contact the owner to talk to them about it, and they responded to none of my messages. They reuined my wedding cake and don't find themselves accountable. I've heard the stories before, but now I know that this is one bakery that should stay out of the wedding cake business!!
