My last few visits to Muvico on Airport Road in Boca Raton were, at best, horrible!
The staff of people are illiterate, most don't speak or understand the ENGLISH language and a nightmare happens when the computers go down! ! ! ! Noone, including the management, but not limited to them, knows what to do without computers. My friend and I
waited in line until our movie began, just because noone
knew how to sell any food products, take money, or make change when the computer was interrupted. When we urgently called for a manager, his response was "what would you like me to do about it?"
I too am in the service industry and not only do I understand that because of it, I have given up the right to a "bad day", but I know how to make quick assessments on immediate situations and resolve them! This as well as many other areas is clearly where MUVICO in Boca Raton, Florida, falls short!
I have not been back in a year and I don't intend to go back. Its much easier and less frustrating to wait until
any movie comes out on DVD.
