Review content:
I should preface this by saying I have not personally used the memorial, burial, or mortuary services here. My comments are based on feedback I have heard from friends who have had experiences here and because I worked here briefly as a temporary employee as a receptionist. I didn’t find the staff here to be particularly respectful of the deceased here. Deceased were treated like chattel. My mom went here to dress the body of a friend’s loved one as a service to the family and when she went in to wash the body and dress it the staff member just yanked the sheet off of the naked body and didn’t preserve the poor lady’s dignity or give her any kind of modesty at all. We thought that was kind of rude and not very respectful (yes, she is deceased, but she was a very modest woman). I wouldn’t ever use this place after this experience my mom had and from what I saw when I worked there for a week.
