Review content:
This is funny. I was talking to a co worker about my experience with Gaye and I googled her name for giggles only to find exactly the same sentiment. This was in 2000. She started off nice when we signed our lease, but spiraled down from there. She was a terrible, officious lady with an authority complex. She would not discuss a problem as it was only her way or the highway. Unbending and unyielding, she nickled and dimed us for everything. She even charged me $50 to change a smoke-alarm battery...I've never forgotten the audacity of such a thing. I found out I had a final exam the last day of my lease and gave her as much notice as possible. I asked her for an extra few hours so I could take my exam and come back with time to clean the apartment. She wouldn't give it to me...she knew I couldn't clean it in the time and she had already booked the next people to move in, maximizing her dollar and taking my security deposit. Heart of stone...not to be confused for a good businesswoman. There is a special place for this woman, folks, and it's very warm.
