Review content:
I went to Jiffy Lube for the first time in several years. The 2 girls working there were friendly enough and not too pushy trying to sell me more than I wanted. I live just a few blocks from the store and upon arriving home I could smell burning oil. I opened the hood and sure enough there was oil everywhere under the hood. I immediately returned to Jiffy Lube to have this checked out and one girl insisted that the oil must have just blown out. To make a long story short she didn't seem willing to check and make sure there was no other problem and only offered to wash off the oil. She did make a miserable attempt to do so. I ended up going to the car wash to clean up what appears to be just sloppy work. The action taken to find or resolve the issue was unacceptable. The little to no effort to make me feel confident in their work or concern for the situation was unacceptable. I'm certain I wont be returning to this store. Brian C.
