Tauheed, was on time and very business oriented when he arrived. I didn't have to ask him to cover his feet, when I opened the door he was ready to do what he had to. I asked questions he answered to the best of his knowledge. I asked him how long he was doing this type of work and he said he graduated the top of his class. That reassured me that he knew what he was doing. I showed him where my unit was and he took his time doing the testing and viewing my entire unit. I would say Tauheed Guy did an excellent job. One thing that I did not like was, we just bought this unit late Aug 2013. I explained to Tauheed that everytime our unit comes on the lights in our house seems to dim and he reccomended install a hard start phase shifter. I'm wondering how come our salesperson with Brothers did not forsee this. Anyways, I will be getting one as soon as I get some more mone. Tauheed, keep up the hard work!!!
