My husband has been very ill and we are getting our home ready to sell. We bought tile for 3 bathrooms from Mike Hall at Great Floors in Seattle. On the 3rd and largest bathroom we needed 3/4 pieces of bullnose tile. They did not have them and promised to get them within a week. This went on for 2 months, with Mike Hall promising to call and never calling us back. We had to call him always. He finally did call to tell us it was not possible to get the tile and we needed another plan. I would never go there unless you like dealing with disihonest people who never keep their word. We have done lots of building and this was the worst service we ever experienced. STAY AWAY1
