Chrissy is the absolutely WORST hair dresser I have had the unfortunate event of meeting. Not only did she over-book and I had to wait 45 minutes past my appt. time, but she didn't listen to a SINGLE thing I asked for. She cut my hair in 3 big sections instead of actually cutting it like a professional hairstylist. Needles to say, it looked like my hair was chopped off with a hack-saw. I asked for highlights that were only a couple shades lighter than my natural hair, which is a medium brown. It came out BLEACH blonde. She said I needed a change. I'm sorry, but who the hell are you to decide what I need?? She burnt the crap out of my hair and it was falling out. Total piece of crap hairstylist. Don't ever go to her!!
