Awesome company!!! I went to JD Floor Store in a panic after getting some stressful and less than ideal feedback from Lowes regarding my subflooring. I was scheduled to move into my new condo in 2 weeks when Lowes informed me I would have to find another company to tear out the current flooring and level the subfloor before they would install my floors. They recommended tearing out the subfloors and pouring concrete down before I'd be able to install the floors. Just this prep work would've cost me thousands of dollars! Not only did JD Floor Store do an oustanding job, but they assured me that I did not have to do what lowes was suggesting I do. It turns out the leveling job was a doozy (which they wouldn't have known before pulling up the floor on top), but they did a great job and even ate the majority of the additional cost. All of this was taking place 2 weeks before Christmas... and to ensure the job was done on time, the owener (John) hand delivered the wood to me on a Saturday in the pouring rain. I couldn't believe that he would do that, especially with a smile on his face. My floors are gorgeous thanks to John and his team of flooring experts!
