I had been there for several times, then never been back any more.
Waitresses often seem being helping people around, but only if you are in a big group. In case of one or two, you might want to stand up and shout out.
Tip(15%) is automatically charged and added up in the bill, and you would not be noticed. So they can get tip twice.
Parking is fine.
