I was sick and I was looking for a doctor who would take my blue cross insurance. I had found many doctors that were willing to accept a new patient, but none of them made me feel as welcomed as I did when I came here. Thank you Madison Family Wellness!

Wonderful people, from the support staff up to the vets. Are always available to us for help. Stayed open late when we had to put our cat to sleep. Really care about our animals, can't say enough great things about them. Although we moved about 30 min away, we will continue to use them because we are so happy with their service.

Their knowledgeable staff can answer most questions, help you look things up, and/or point you in the right direction. I went to the clinic a week before a marathon with severe knee pain and asked them to make me capable of running.
They did it!
After an extremely thorough exam, we talked about the options and they treated my knee/leg in a couple ways. They made great suggestions for home treatments and squeezed me in for three appointment in the week before the race.
I saw two therapists and both came to the race and cheered me on, which was fantastic.

My daughter has social anxiety and after our first visit to Uplands Associates we have already seen a huge decrease in her anxiety levels. The Counselor met with the whole family and addressed issues of each family member, not just the affected child. As a result, my daughter did not feel like she was being singled out and each member of the family was able to voice things they liked and disliked about the family unit. The whole family dynamic has changed within our household as well, especially the relationship between our children. They are more respectful of each other. I highly recommend this group. We even received a follow up call to see how we were doing and talked for 20 minutes on the phone!

This is one of the store that you can do one stop shopping. They have almost everything in store, such as clothing, household stuff, office and school supplies, electronics, pharmacy, self stable food (not fresh food), even furniture and gardening stuffs.
They have a wide variety of well known brands and their regular super combo rebate help me get a better deal there.

I have been to see doctors at this clinic in both the dermatology and internal medicine departments. The clinic is large but the front desk is helpful and will direct you to the right spot. The lab department can get very busy, but they move people through quicker than labs at other clinics I have been to. This clinic also cares about patient satisfaction as I was asked to complete an electronic survey to rate the care I received on multiple visits. Overall, I think the doctors are qualified and the facilities are well maintained.
