The smell when you first walk in is amazing, they have the most unique soap bars (like eucalytpus and carrot) and all if not most are all natural organic products like Burt's Bee's and there's always a friendly person to help you especially when you want to make your own scent (which is possible here). Great place over all a bit more expensive than Bath and Body Works but worth the trip to find a great lasting and one of a kind bath or skin product

A repair shop in an old gas station near a college campus doesn't elicit a sense of trust. However, I've been taking my cars to Jensen's for 15 years and the work has been superb, the prices fair and their opinions about what I should or shouldn't do honest. More often than not they've said, I think you can wait on that., or, I wouldn't worry about that. I highly recommend Jensen's, they've been good to me.
PROS: Honest, fast, reliable.

The Speedway station is located at the corner of Raymond and Verona. It was called Super America for many years, and people often refer to it by its former name. The store is open 24 hours a day. They sell some groceries, and their gas prices are usually the same as the other stations in the area.

I had thought of getting a Futon for a few years and visited Golde's several times in my quest for just the right one. I felt their prices were very considerate and their products very good so selected what I wanted and purchased it there. I was pleased with the service and prompt availability.

We have bought some furniture at the Rubin's clearance center and prices are cheaper and some times (if you're lucky) can find good stuff.
We also bought our bedroom set at Rubin's downtown store and it was a good purchase I think.
So, I think Rubin's is a better option than the other average stores (Ashley furniture, Stanhafeals, American, etc) and the price is sometimes about the same for a better quality than the average and better design. But obviously you have to shop around and compare before to buy.

I like the Shell Station located near Hilldale, especially because they are open 24 hours a day. It can be difficult to get in and out of the station when traffic is heavy. The store offers a limited selection of groceries.

One of the premier wedding florists in the Madison area. The owner has a lot of energy and very unique ideas. They also have a great Wedding Cellar downstairs with a lot of inspiring ideas for decor and a good selection of albums, candles, stationary, and accessories. We rented a card box from them and it was very elegant. Their prices can be higher than some of the other florists in town, but I think they are different in that they focus on creating an ambiance rather than just floral arrangements.
