I'm new in Cleveland and called this Vet because of the review given on this site. I mentioned to whomever answered the phone (I don't know if he was a receptionist or doctor) that the situation with my dog seemed serious and I needed to come in as soon as possible. The man told me I needed to go somewhere else because they were too busy to see my dog. Then he abruptly hung up. I will definitely go somewhere else and I encourage others to do the same.
