I went here because it was close and part of VSP and Athem Vision (both of with I have). When I went there all but the exam of the back of my eyes were done by a student from Ohio State (very nice person seemed to know what to do but bottom line was not an OD). If which I was given a choice of frames starting out at around $219.00 an going upwards of $400.00 (full retail from what I could tell). Same kind of pricing with the lenses (no discounts going on here!). I passed on the glasses and wanted to pay with my \r Anthem Vision plan but was told that would be $20.00 co pay and the VSP would be $15 (hmmm I thought Anthem was $5 for Vision, but whatever) so I paid using VSP. After going home my wife told me Anthem WAS $5, so I called Anthem and sure enough. I called back and told the 'office mgr' of their mistake but was only given the runaround about how they have to bill VSP and could not bill Anthem (not true) then they 'could', but it would be more expensive! The office mgr. would not listen to me and told me to shut up and listen to her and also refused to call Anthem (which they are a member of). She was a real *itch and that was the exact word the phone call ended with. Bottom line I would not trust these people with my eyes! I you go here please watch your back. Pros: Close to my home, are VSP and Anthem Cons: Over Priced, Service questionable and rude.
