Businiess name:  Crown Carpets

Review content:
Horrible Customer Service. Management does not stand behind damages their in-house installation guy caused while installing carpeting. I just spent $3,000 on a stairway and hall with them and Bob and in house installer for Crown cracked a bathroom tile at the threshold while trying to fix a tack strip. I contacted Crown Carpets immediately to report this and that I had extra bathroom tile that he could use to replace the porcelain tile he cracked. Accidents happen but Management at Crown Carpets refuse to have the installer come back and repair damage. Their excuse is that the installer has denied cracking the tile and since its his word against mine they are under no obligation. Is this a joke or what? I had planned to use Crown for future carpeting but live and learn. They lost my future business all because of a $5.00 cracked tile. When you do business with Crown Carpets you do so at your own risk.
