I had to post this review after having a terrible experience at JoAnns Fabrics. Having gone to get materials for capes for my daughters birthday (superhero party) I ran into one issue after another. Fabric in the sales section clearly marked on sale mysteriously 'not on sale' , a fabric cutter who couldn't count and when I assisted her with the correct yardage (after she had lost count three times) she argued with me and had to recount and after asking to talk to the manager about the mismarked fabric (I took a picture of the signage with my iPhone) and asked if they could do anything to make me 'happy' I was told NOPE...talk to corporate. So...I will. I know there aren't many places for fabric in south Orange County, but I will go ANYWHERE but JoAnns ever.
Pros: nice customers
Cons: staff is terrible
