Unlike the previous review, I found WBS factory to be easy to deal with, courteous at all times and my home is now fitted with wonderful stained shutters. A 50% deposit seems the norm for this industry - can be a somewhat risk particularly if you have a large house with a significant amount of windows but I felt comfortable with WBS given their established track record and my research when shortlisting prospective companies. \r

Delivery and install was a little over a week late but hey, we've just been through a hurricane, and does a week really matter when you're going to be enjoying the shutters for the next 20 years ???\r

Pros: Friendly family run business - easy to deal with people
